At iRESTORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for maximum convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
